  Nice, design very peaceful place (and yet very close to the city center - hardly 5 minutes walking). We were granted a much nicer room (a suite) than we had booked. Though the historical character of the Citadella is taken care of, rooms and common areas are very much modern and design. Service is very efficient. We had a great stay ! NB : the city of Cascais is in itself a very nice, charming one. I preferred it very much to equivalent cities on the French riviera for instance.

  Pool and breakfast areas are very nice but a bit undersized. It's worth the wait but better if you're waking up early to have a nice spot
