Location in the fortress, breakfast is excellent, the staff works out, attentive. There were no problems, so I can't tell you what they are like in problem situations. The rooms are clean, and for some reason they were cleaned twice a day.

Consider renting bikes from the hotel to explore the scenic coastal paths, especially the route to Guincho Beach for a memorable family experience.

We were already there shortly after the opening of Poussada 6 years ago. And we'd be back there anytime. A quiet oasis in the middle of the otherwise active Cascais.

Prices in the bar - a small cup of tea for € 4.30 - are outrageous.

I greatly enjoyed good sized room in this hotel.

the location in a beautiful historic area was favourable and unbeatable and there were the farmer's market and a small market nearby. the hotel was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport. booked a room with views 

Beautiful hotel in very central location overlooking the harbour, staff very friendly and helpful,lovely restaurant and bars. Excellent facilities.

The only thing i didnt like was there was no parking facilities and nearest underground carpark was 20 euros a day which adds quite a bit onto your stay, nothing else.

The hotel staff was not particularly welcoming.

Nice, design very peaceful place (and yet very close to the city center - hardly 5 minutes walking). We were granted a much nicer room (a suite) than we had booked. Though the historical character of the Citadella is taken care
